A fifth-generation Montanan, Alissa Banks Hammond chose to return to her hometown of Bozeman, Montana to follow her passion after attending art school in Arizona. She worked for a well-known gallery in town before opening A. Banks Gallery in June of 2013 in downtown Bozeman.
