Cecilee Schulz, daughter and student of renowned artist Troy Collins, has long had her hands in the painting scene. Quite literally in fact, many of Collins’s originals have her hidden fingerprints, which she insisted were a lucky selling omen. Painting in the studio with her “Pops” started as early as 2006, but over the last few years has turned it into a fiery passion of her own. While continuing to study under her dad, and family friend Robert Moore, she is developing a style that represents her own expression, authenticity, and love of color. The Bitterroot Valley is where the creating happens in a shared space with her dad. The sovereign view sets the stage for collaboration and vision to ignite. Schulz is currently represented by A. Banks Gallery and has plans to expand.
